ABOUT US

At Botojo service ltd, we deliver the highest possible standard of care, our dedicated support teams ensure independence and quality of life at all times. All our care packages are tailor made because we believe that care should be as individual and the customer who receive it.


We have a staff member on call 24 hours a day. So, you can reach us at any time required.


We have an ongoing training plan to put all our staff through their NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. We make sure al staff have two references and CRB checked. At Botojo Service we also do a regular supervisions and inn house training on all our clients related issues.

At Botojo service our aim is to continue to provide competent staff members to deliver the package requirements.

 

We aim to visit every individual who enquires about our service within three days. At the meeting we will work through our assessment form which highlights any areas of support that
may be required and put together a care package. The client will then be informed of our capabilities and agreed a date which the package can start.


During the visit we will also do a health and safety assessment of the property, if there is any requirement, we will inform the client and discuss with client how best to deal with it.

All details of our care package are put into place, while a member of the management team will discuss the care plan requirements and the risk assessments. We make sure the client has the opportunity to meet with the staff beforehand and discuss any problems they think may arise. This ensure that all parties involved are clear on the arears of requirement.
We Aim to keep the numbers of staff working with a client to a minimum, our aim is to keep a maximum of two staff members to a client, so that when one is off or on holiday the other can
cover. We aim to introduce 4 members of staff if the package runs 7 days a week and more than one call per day. For examples some of our clients have 4 calls per day. On this occasion, we will introduce 4 staff and try to minimise this. This ensures that any sickness, training and holidays are covered, and the care package is not disrupted.
